A 35 minute workout from warm up to cool down!  This one is another good HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout to add to your repertoire.  After your walking ascent warm up and a few “pick up” sprints”, you will be pushing your body over those hills at a speed that is going to ignite your legs and glutes and not only strengthen them but tone and define them!  You get to recover in between each push so no worries even if you are a beginner.  This workout is not for RUNNERS ONLY!  This workout is for all levels because you push your own speed up those hills (we go from 2% to 10% baby).  And guess what, the workout is over before you know it and depending on your speed you could have 3 miles under your belt in no time at all.  Short and sweet!! Check it out!

i”m not usually myself until I’ve had my hills for breakfast. this one will set you on fire in a good way. its challenging, it pushed me to a whole new level of fitness. for me it all about the hills. just knowing that there is someone there with me pushing me encouraging me, telling me to believe in myself and not quit makes it all worth it.

Hill training is important especially if one does outdoor races with varying inclines. This is a challenging one that’s high intensity; however, it is still great for all skill levels!

Never thought running on a treadmill could be so much fun! Love this workout…it is quick, but works you super hard. It’s great having someone in my ear telling me exactly what to do.

Running hills is definitely not my favorite, but it has got to be done to see gains in running. Hills for Breakfast is a quick and effective workout that makes me wonder where the 35-ish minutes went. This run leaves me sweaty and happy that I did my running “homework”! :o)

Walk into the lifeless hotel gym with this on your playlist and you have a coach and a push. Challenging for 30 min., breaks just when you need them and a final push you think will break you and then you’re done!! Fist pumping by yourself in the hotel gym ready to take on your day.

This is such a great workout! Julie-Anne takes you out of your comfort zone and you finish your workout feeling like you literally ate hills for breakfast. Sweaty hills. Living in a pretty hill-less area this audio is a great change from flat street running or a boring run on the treadmill. This helped me immensely when training for a hilly half marathon. Get Hills for Breakfast, you wont be disappointed! 🙂
