This 50 minute workout (including cool down and stretch time) has you climbing your way to the top.  You will focus on recruiting more muscle fibers to get you to the top of that hill which in return will make you STRONGER, MORE EFFICIENT and BUILD YOUR ENDURANCE.  It is an interval workout so enjoy the recovery so you can push yourself when you are supposed to.  Enjoy the pumping tunes, grab your water bottle, tie up those shoelaces, jump on that treadmill and get ready to sweat.

NOTE:  Even though this workout can be done at all levels because you are always in control of the treadmill, you should have an aerobic base built up before attempting to go all out.

    Sooo Inclined…if I do say so myself! I love hills! Coach PortaPT has a way of making a workout like this, which may seem to be exhaustive, so much fun and they are over before you know it! I’m not sure the hills at my nearby park are what I am running to anymore now that I have this workout in the palm of my hand!
