This 35+ minute HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout will have you doing CARDIO Tabatas along with FLOOR EXERCISE Tabatas, just teaming to BURN THAT BUTTER BABY!! Tabatas are 20 second PUSHES to 10 second RECOVERY! This explosive, HIIT style workout is just what the body needs for optimal fitness. Forget spending countless hours at the gym…get your 30-40 minute HIIT style workout done and then time to move on to more important things in life…like your afternoon NAP, bahahahahaha, I KID!! NOTE: I have included on your DOWNLOAD WORKOUT PODCAST an image of the exercises that you will be doing on the floor. (so when you open the workout up on your media player like your iPhone or iPod, you should see artwork of the workout exercises). Please be sure to check them out before you start the workout so you have a VISUAL in mind and understand what I mean when I explain the exercise. FORM IS KEY!! (For example, in the Plank Back Row, do NOT allow your core or hips to SINK to the ground, draw your belly button in towards your spine, booty parallel for optimal form or higher if it can’t be parallel, not sunken creating an arch in your back) . And YES, haha, I did use Water Bottles as my weights in the pictures shown, but you will be using Medium to Heavy sized weights. I suggest you do the workout first, and then the next time you do it, you will know which weight size is best for you. Or have 2 different sizes by your treadmill 🙂
