This 40+ minute treadmill workout will have you climbing a hill, running some ladders, going steady, to all out short but quick sprints.  There is a mish mash of all different profiles and boy does the time fly on this one.  You will be getting results with each profile.  Have fun, stay safe, remember you are always in control of your speed and output.  A treadmill is recommended for this one because of the incline of the hill and speed change in the ladders, but if you decide to do outside, which you probably could..on the hills you can walk/run, then the ladders you can increase your speed each time. Enjoy!!

    Mish Mash took me out of my comfort zone and made me believe if you set your mind to something you will achieve it with hard work. you work on this one and i loved every minute of it. What I love about PT Workouts is they are all different and what do they say about variety, it the spice of life. talk about confusing your body!

    This is the most non-monotonous workout ever! Definitely a favorite PortaPt workout. I love it so much. It keeps me excited; I find myself anticipating what’s coming up next. I feel like a well-rounded runner when I do this run.

    This is an amazing workout that is hard, challenging in a good way. When you are in the need to challenge yourself this is a great run.It changes often so you don’t get bored!! When you are done you will be drenched in sweat and feel accomplished and strong!!

    Mish Mash has it all! It has hills speed work and sprints. Just when you think you can’t go any farther you get to recover. This is a challenging workout that will really push you to the next level.

    Oh boy! Talk about sweat fest! Mish Mash Intervals is a challenging run. It was so challenging I couldn’t even say ‘Mish Mash’ afterward. This is a run that truly tests one’s endurance and speed. This is a great interval run which incorporates incline work, brisk walking, running, and sprinting all mashed into one body burning workout!

    I love to hate this one. the ladders are killer but leave you feeling stronger. having my “coach” right in my ear telling me what to do, when to do it, how i should be feeling, when to drink my water makes this workout fly by. 500 calories later and a very red, sweaty face I’d say this was GREAT workout. I love how you get to try different profiles. Must try!
