This 35+ minute workout puts all the pieces of the puzzle together. Get ready to WORK!! This HIIT style Combo Strength/Cardio Workout will have you challenging your limits to the next level.  You will need 1 SET of HEAVY WEIGHTS. The Strength Moves are Combined Movements so not a lot of reps on one single muscle, so be sure to choose a challenging weight.  However, if you need a lighter weight for the Overhead Press then you may want to have a 2nd set of weights nearby.  Also remember, you are in control of your START JOGGING SPEED, if you feel you can go faster and harder the next set once you know the drill, GO FOR IT! Be safe and push yourself to where you can go!  You are looking for that High Intensity push on the Cardio Sets and PERFECT FORM on the Strength Sets!

*** Also NOTE: If you CANNOT run, you can tweak the workout on the treadmill by changing your INCLINE by 2% each time I tell you to make a change!  *** (Haha, y’all NON-RUNNERS thought you had an easy out eh? NOPE, I’ve got you covered 🙂
