To all you self-proclaimed NON-RUNNERS, this workout is for you!! This one will be targeting your legs and butts and is all about the CLIMB! You will be briskly walking up and down some rolling hills, then taking a steady climb to the top of a mountain, then pushing your limits on the final ascent with different speeds and elevation! Sure to get those BUNS of STEEL and legs working.  This is a 30 minute workout and can be nicely combined with Hills for Breakfast if looking for a longer workout!  My Running Die-Hards, you are always in control of your push, so if you wanted to, you could always increase your intensity by throwing in some jogging once in awhile. Stay safe, train SMART!

    Loved this workout! Never thought I could get such a great workout without running. I am Training for Spartan Races and the inclines will be very helpful for that.

    Hello heart rate! I didn’t think I could get my heart rate up and burn so many calories by just walking, but holy cow! This workout is challenging. I loved the music and all the cues too!

    Love Love love this workout. My legs and booty always end up talking to me!!!!! just like the other portapt workouts just listen, follow and enjoy the ride. by the way the music is infectious.

    Truth time: I am a die-hard runner and I rarely choose to walk to workout. I decided to give this a workout a whirl after hearing raving reviews. I thought my heart was going to pound out of my chest. I sweated more than I thought possible. My legs and booty feel it. Great workout to add to the mix!

    This workout is an awesome climb with no run involved! Yet, the heart rate still climbs just as efficient as a run. I have included this workout after a good cardio class or run just to give my glutes some love! This is a great workout and has left my glutes sore for two days.
