This is a 30 minute HIIT style workout (it can be done outdoors, you just won’t be able to do the 5% WarmUp/CoolDown Incline walk.  Picking up the pace periodically will not only yield unique physiological changes—from faster fat loss and better blood sugar control to improved blood vessel function—that slow runs cannot deliver as efficiently, but they can also make your everyday runs feel easier, improve your running form, and foster “mental toughness”. Plus, for those who have trouble fitting in workouts, speed-work can provide a wealth of benefits in a short time. This workout can look “different” every time you do it…you are always in control of your speed and push!

    The name says it all!!….This one ‘pushes my limits’ for sure! By the end I’m about dead….lol. But that’s a good thing! I always know I’m getting a good challenging workout with this one that includes brisk walking, jogging, running & faster running + inclines!

    I love this run… One of my favorite HITT workouts! It’s only 30 mins but it’s 30 mins of fun! This run will for sure challenge you, push you and only make you a better, stronger runner!

    This pushes my limit, alright. But in a very good way. I like this gives me a chance to force myself mentally and physically to dig deep by going harder and faster with each round in this workout. You know what they say about no pain, no gain. This is an excellent workout for when you’re pressed for time and need to get a great workout in.

    The name of this run speaks for itself! This is a great run that helps break the running plateau as it pushes your limits to help create a new speed and routine. Running is my go-to cardio workout. Sometimes I can get pretty bored, as I find myself doing the same thing over and over and not challenging myself. Pushing Your Limits plants a seed within the body that it CAN go faster and it CAN work longer. Without this workout I would have never known I could run at a 7.5 speed (this is fast for me). Now I am not afraid to even go higher!

    love pushing your limits!!!! its short, its sweet and over before you know its. a good kick in the behind 30 mins over before you know it kinda workout. for those who don”t have a lot of time to spent in the gym this is for you!!!!

    the name of this run made me nervous but i’m SO GLAD i bought it and hit the treadmill. Its a short 30 minute HIIT and really over before you know it. It’s also a lot of fun and when you finish it you realise you are so much stronger than when you started! 30 minutes and done. You cant get better than that!
