So excited to offer you a FULL 26.2 Marathon Podcast.  This high energy playlist is made up of over 50 songs and gets you 4 hours and 7 minutes of coaching you through your RACE DAY!!  This is based on a 9 MINUTE MILE (even if you aren’t a 9 minute mile, it won’t matter, you just won’t see the Mile Markers when I say).  I am also happy to say that this one is based on Jeff Galloway’s RUN/WALK program.  A 9 minute mile is a 4 minute RUN to a 1 minute WALK!! You will be cued when to run and when to “glide” into your brisk walk.  You will have your personal coach in your back pocket reminding you to “stay hydrated, take your nutrition and supplements, if need be, and POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS all the way through”.  I am so excited to RACE with you on Race Day and REMEMBER, if you and I aren’t “meshing” on Race Day, you can always just turn me off.  Another bonus is you can use this for your LONG RUN TRAINING DAYS!! So its a WIN/WIN no matter which way you look at it.  I hope you enjoy it!  Just listening to it makes me wanna go out and RUN!!

    If I ever decide to attempt a full marathon, this will be my first purchase just after I register for the race!! 🙂 The audio workout for the Half Marathon was a life saver!!

    this podcast is my race day saver! I don’t run a marathon or half marathon with out it! The 4 to 1 method has changed the way a race, and I couldn’t be more happier about it. I have improved my time and have been injury free since running long distance with the 4 to 1. This podcast is amazing, takes you from the starting line all the way to the finish line. With motivational music and Coach JA helping you along the way with staying on top of your water and nutrition to just cheering you on. This is one of THE best purchases I have ever made.
