    I love the back to basics workouts. This is for anyone and everyone. Although this can be done on the treadmill its great when you cant make it to a gym. I push my toddler when doing it outside. I love the jog/walk type workout and even though you do walk you STILL get an awesome workout. The music is great and youre still left sweating after you’ve done it. For an awesome 1 hour workout I love to do both back to basics 1 and then back to basics 2 right after. Fat burning machine!!!
