This is your RACE DAY podcast to take you to the Finish Line with Miles of Smiles.  For those of you who train and plan to race with a 3 minute run to a 1 minute walk, this playlist is for you.  Your coach will not only be cuing you on the 3 to 1 run to walk, but will have you drinking your water, staying on top of your nutrition and form and have you dancing to the finish line.  Even if you decide to not use this on Race Day, this is a great tool to have for your LONG training runs!

    I ran my first full marathon Feb 2016 and used portapts 3:1 run walk race day. THIS DOWNLOAD WAS THE ONLY REASON I MADE IT THROUGH THE MARATHON. BEing told when to walk and run made the method so easy. I wasn’t constantly looking at my watch. The music was inspired. When I needed a pick up, the music would pick up…when I was feeling tired a feel good grove would come on. Excellent ., good, CLEAN music. And finally the constant positive affirmations and push from ,Julie-Anne keeps you going when you’re feeling like death at mile 20. Buy this. It’s priceless so the $60 is a great deal!!!
