This 35 minute treadmill workout is for all levels.  Those who are new to running will benefit greatly from this WALK/JOG workout.  Those needing a Recovery Day or easy Base Building workout will benefit from this workout.  Or maybe you are looking for that 30 minute warm up before you hit the weights.  Whatever your goal is, Back to Basics will meet them.  This workout can be done INDOORS on treadmill or OUTDOORS.  All you need is your water bottle, your running shoes and a smile on your face.  Enjoy!!

    Nice comfortable run-walk, perfect on vacation. Just tune in and Julianne will watch your form and hydration all you have to do is lace up!

    This is one of my go-to workouts when I’m out of shape & need to get back in shape! It’s a walk-jog routine that eases me back into things without killing me! Don’t get me wrong…you still get a good workout! It’s also great on the days I’m doubling up on workouts!

    This is one of my favorite runs. It’s a great one if you are just starting to run since it is a walk/jog or it can be made to be more challenging if you are already a runner you can switch it to a jog/run. However you want to do it it’s another great workout and it’s great to add on to other PortaPT workouts for a longer run! This one is a must have for anyone new to PortaPT

    Going back to the basics is always good every once in awhile. I also love doing this recovery run when my body tells me it needs a rest. I always step off the treadmill after this workout with a sweaty smile on my face feeling refreshed.

    This workout is definitely for all levels. This is one of the first runs I did and it personally laid the foundation for what was to be expected for the other runs. Coach PortaPT is awesome in guiding you through certain moves. More specifically, she directs one how the foot should land, posture, and how to breathe during a run. Back to Basics was a great starter run for me.

    this is where the puzzle begins. i never understood running until Back to basics. it all made sense. this teaches form, stride very easy to follow over before you know it. i have actually made it part of my running routine after every run i still go back to basics to make sure i continue to maintain my form and stride per minute. for beginner this is where the journey begins.

    A Great workout! Keeps you mindful of proper running form(which I was unaware of) to prevent injury and to watch your speed. My desire to be a long distance runner is now
