This 16 WEEK PortaPT FULL 26.2 Marathon plan will tell you which 2 portaPT runs to do per week, along with your LONG RUN miles.  It will help you put your training in your calendar and know which runs to do with a reason behind doing it, as per your COACH, so no GUESS WORK for you!

You should HAVE the portaPT workouts in your library so that you can do the specific ones that are scheduled each week!  Even if you don’t have an upcoming Race, this schedule would be nice to have as it will give you a plan and make you accountable to get your planned workouts in each week.  *If you purchase this plan, you will be given a $15 OFF Code to download any of the Half or Full Marathon RACE DAY Podcasts (so it is basically FREE haha).  The Full Marathon RACE DAY podcast is currently available with a 4 to 1 run/walk ratio based on a 9 minute mile and 3 to 1 run/walk ratio – no specific min/mile).  You will receive this as a *.pdf file so you can have it on your phone if need be :).

You will receive 2 different *.pdf file schedules, one is a basic FULL Running Program and the second one is a RUN/WALK program!  Up to you to choose which one is best for you!
