This 35+ minute push will have you thinking you are a SUPERHERO…haha okay well maybe not, but it will have you amped up knowing you are pushing past your comfortable running pace and challenging the body and the mind to focus, commit and take it to the FINISH LINE!  Think of this workout as Feel the Need for Speed’s baby sister, haha. This tempo run helps you push past any running plateaus since it pushes your mind to BELIEVE you are STRONG and pushes your running pace past your comfort zone.  This workout can be tweaked to be done outdoors, although having a PACING tool will help (like a Garmin or Polar GPS watch, or phone app showing your minute/mile pace).  This workout is a MUST for those trying to bring on a NEW PR with nothing but miles of smiles 🙂

    This is one of my favorite workouts… Ok I say that on all of the PortaPT workouts! If you are looking to become a faster runner this workout is for you! I love it because it pushes my speed and my mind! This one will have you flying in know time! Great Job PortaPT you have made another great one!!!!❤️??

    I love this workout, it’s my new favorite!!! The music is spot on and the workout itself will help you add speed while being fun at the same time. I highly recommend this one (and the rest of them too for that matter) 🙂

    35 min speed work with amazing music and motivation through out the whole podcast. I LOVE this one so much! Just when I thought I had my favorites, this one is now on my weekly or every other week schedule. I can already see improvement in my speed and form. Thank you Portapt for yet another Awesome podcast! !!
