This 55+ minute spin/cycle workout is guaranteed to bring your “stink-eye” out.  After warming up, you will go right into a medley of intervals taking yourself from a moderate push to screaming “Mercy”.  Of course, it is all up to you to push yourself where you want to go.   Please be sure to check out my blog, under Tips & Tricks to go over bike setup and glossary of terms that I use throughout the workout.

NOTE: Do you have a Heart Rate Monitor?  If so, be sure to put it on.  A Heart Rate Monitor is recommended but not necessary.

    This is my go-to workout when I’m late for spin class & all the bikes are already taken but I still want a good cycle workout…hahahahaha! I just pretend like I’m in class with everyone doing a killer spin workout! I also use this workout to get into decent enough cycle shape to join the cycle club on their outside rides. It helps build me up a bit so I can hang longer on the rides. Thanks JA for being my ear coach when & wherever I need it!
