Time to go for speed.  This workout can be done INDOORS on Treadmill or OUTDOORS.  You will be working your sprinting technique.  Be prepared to sweat and work hard.  Good news is…its over in 35 minutes :).  This workout can be done at all levels, just be safe and TRAIN SMART!

    Dont let the name scare you. The sprints are short. My biggest fear was being shot off the treadmill and leaving my backside mounted in the wall. Fortunately, the fear was unfounded and I was able to push the speed to numbers I wouldnt have tried without the encouragement of Julie-Anne’s coaching. You can do anything for 35 minutes!

    This workout is named Crazy Sprints for two reasons: the length of the workout and the actual running drills. While it is a hard workout, it really is over before you know it. This is a great HIIT workout. Perfect for when I’m in a hurry and need a quick, yet productive workout.

    Never knew how fast my short legs could run! This workout will definitely get your heart pumping! Great cardio workout! I needed a couple towels for the sweat!

    Another one of my favorites! Short and sweet! The sprints are challenging but short. It is the perfect workout for when you are short on time or when you want to combine cardio with weights.

    BREATH FIRE. Thats all I can think of when I think of this workout. Ever gone to the gym and hopped onto a treadmill, or gone outside with the thoughts that youre going to do some amazing sprint workout only to just walk for 20 minutes then go home? Been there, done that. Crazy sprints quickly pushes you out of your comfort zone but with on 35 minutes of work you keep going because why not? you can do ANYTHING for 35 minutes 😉 Instead of wasting time, get crazy sprints and get to work!!!

    Crazy Sprints w PortaPT Coached workout will defiantly PR your 5k even with a walking warmup . No time to enjoy the view OR stop for lights today. Just jay-ran right in front in LAPD (I barely had time to say, “Sorry” He just smiled and shook his head.
    Great workout for outdoors (maybe somewhere w less traffic next time.
    Over before you know it is right on!

    I found this to be an extremely fun run. I am a mid level runner, I prefer trails, but am wanted to increase my speed. I opted for the treadmill, but can’t wait to try on the trail and maybe even with the jogging stroller. It had just the right amount of coaching and pushing that I needed. I also LOVED the cool down and her thought of the day. It was exactly what I needed and I can’t wait to do it again.
