Another great combined  40+ minute workout putting INTENSITY into this H.I.I.T. workout!  This workout is being described by one portaPT user as being SUPER BEEFY!!  Strength of CORE, UPPER BODY and LEGS are pushed with combined movements in the weight sections and the cardio sections.  This workout is NO JOKE, and yet will most likely be a new favorite and MUST DO each week!  Please be sure to look over the included PDF file Cheat Sheet for the exercises you do in this workout so when it comes time to do them, you know exactly how to speak Coach JA!

    Great full body workout! I love strength training so this was right up my alley! I under estimated how hard it would be and had to lower my weights. So that is impressive in my opinion!! This is great for people who are afraid of weight training but want a full body workout. This is defiantly one I will use when traveling.

    Loved this workout, especially when it’s paired with Dynamic Duo #1. I loved alternating between runs and weights. It really made the workout seem quick and super effective. It was like killing two birds with one stone in under and hour!
