This 30+ minute workout has you jumping on the HIIT style Treadmill Tabata Train.  Tabatas are designed to have you pushing the envelope for 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off for 8 rounds!  This workout is for my runners AND “non-runners”, just don’t be afraid to push yourself out of your comfort zone…YOU CAN DO ANYTHING FOR 20 SECONDS.  Please be sure to stay safe when “coming off” the treadmill.  Place each hand on side handrails, support your body weight and place each foot on the sides of the platform…same when coming back on the treadmill, support your body weight, place feet back on the treadmill and once you are comfortable, take your hands off the handrails.  You are gonna love how fast this one goes!! 4 rounds baby and you will be begging for more!  Remember you are always in control of your push! Stay safe!

    This is my FAVORITE treadmill workout ever!!!! It is short n sweet but so challenging!! I love jumping off the treadmill, it’s exhilarating!!!
