This 30+ minute Cardio/Strength Stair Stepper workout “puts all the pieces of the puzzle together”.  This combo workout targets your total body, but really focuses on the glutes :).  Be sure to watch the video that will be in your Account so you can see the FORM of the EXERCISES! You will need 1 set of HEAVY WEIGHTS and a towel is optional for the floor work. Get ready to build those “buns of steel” baby!!

*Please note: On the cardio portion of the STAIR STEPPER, I do tell you a LEVEL to go for, but you are in complete control.  If at any time you feel the LEVEL is too hard or not hard enough, be sure to change according to YOU.  But also know, going faster doesn’t always mean better. Going faster all the time may hit that heart, but the different paces on the Stepper if done properly, will  focus and target the strength of the lower body muscles.  Be sure to drive your whole foot onto the step and not just the balls of your feet.
