Cycle Mania – Pushing the RPMs – Our 3rd SPIN/CYCLE workout added to our Cycle Library.  This 50 minute interval ride will have you pushing your RPMs (revolutions per minute) anywhere from 80 to 110 RPMs, while your road/resistance/gear is forever changing and challenging you!  This workout works great with spin bikes that have a console to tell you your current RPMs but it will still work without!  Have fun with this one, I have yet to not “back off” on my push since I’ve been trying it out haha, but I’m determined one day to not back off and finish strong all the way through.  Definite calorie blaster!
