This 36 minute HIIT style cardio/plyometric/strength workout will have you SCREAMING for your MOMMY!!  This one is fun but intense (of course, you are always in control of your push).

High Intensity Interval Training workouts are the way to go these days! Studies prove that doing just a 30 minute high intensity workout is better then hours and hours of training.  ONE AND DONE!!  This one will definitely have you releasing your Human Growth Hormone, so be sure to get a good nights sleep after doing this workout 🙂 This workout is coached on the treadmill, but you can really use any cardio equipment you desire (bike, elliptical, even the stair master), just push your intensity. There is NO RUNNING INVOLVED in this workout, unless you want to (and if you do decide to run this one, please send me your AUTOGRAPH, you are a SUPERSTAR)!! Enjoy!!
